?? The CA cannabis industry is rallying together to say NO to Reg. 3802. This emergency regulation unfairly imposes a 15% excise tax on vape accessories. CDTFA is rushing this process that will OVERBURDEN consumers and operators, without proper public participation. We need to do all we can to REVERT the excise tax back to the original version of Regulation 3700 (which stipulates that excise taxes apply only to the cannabis products if cannabis accessories are priced separately). ?Send your comments of OPPOSITION to CDTFA before the deadline of SEPTEMBER 12 Contact the CDTFA and let them know you DO NOT want them to certify Reg. 3802.
