The MME team recently got together in Dallas for our annual in-person meeting. We were able to share about the projects we’ve been working on, lessons learned, and upcoming projects. We also had a blast going on rides and trying some unique fair food at the Texas State Fair. As we near the end of Women's History Month, MME would like to spotlight the brilliant women within our firm. The achievements of these women are key to MME’s success. In tune with this year’s theme of “Women who advocate for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion”, MME acknowledges and celebrates the value that a diverse team brings, by broadening perspectives.? However, we are aware that there is still work to do in order to make the AEC industry more inclusive to women and other underrepresented groups. In the words of former First Lady Michelle Obama “Our glorious diversity – our diversities of faiths and colors and creeds – that is not a threat to who we are, it makes us who we are”.
