Martin Tate was founded by Judge John D. Martin, Sr., over 100 years ago. More recently, over a six-year period, Martin Tate represented four national banks in the foreclosure of a condominium project, the defense of sixteen materialmen liens, and through the sale of the project free and clear of encumbrances.
