Honoring the Women of Martin Foods for Women's Month! Kayla Hendricks has been with Martin Foods for 11 years as Director of Quality, Safety and Compliance. Her job is to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies OSHA, USDA-FSIS, & GFSI-BRC, including oversight of Martin Foods’ FSQA, HACCP, and Worker Safety programs. Kelly Garcia has been with Martin Foods for 1 year as a Demand manager. Her job is to work closely with sales, procurement, and production to ensure that everyone is rowing in the same direction. She provides sales forecasted demand to the procurement team to make the necessary buys of raw and dry materials, then works with the Planning/Scheduling Team to ensure production produces the product. Ja'Larrya Stewart has been with Martin Foods for 8 months as a Manager of Accounting and Financial Analysis. Her job is to oversee financial procedures, controls and reporting systems, reporting directly to our Controller. Her responsibilities include managing monthly closings, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, reconciling general ledger accounts, analyzing financial information, collaborating with other departments to streamline processes, managing sales tax returns and more. #MartinFoods?#WomenPower?#womenshistorymonth?#Protein?#MartinandFriends
