In 2021, she started in the parts department and worked her way up to service administrator, earning respect and building strong relationships along the way. When asked about her advice for women in construction, Ashlyn shared: “Don’t doubt yourself, take every opportunity, and never give up. We bring a unique perspective, and with hard work, we can succeed.” Ashlyn’s story is proof that with determination and support, anything is possible.
