Check out our progress at Stonemont Park 75 South in Locust Grove, Georgia! The 903,701-square-foot industrial park broke ground in June 2024 and is on track to deliver this summer. Stonemont Park 75 South will include two rear-load and one front-load speculative warehouses designed to fit the latest Class A leading modern warehouse standards, with clear heights varying from 32 feet to 40 feet and a total of 257 trailer parking stalls and 645 car parking stalls.
