? Martha Lloyd Community Services is seeking an Executive Director to oversee our Community Residential Facility Division ? The Executive Director is responsible for the overall administration and direction of the Community Residential Facility (CRF) programs operated by Martha Lloyd Community Services. The Executive Director uses discretion and judgment to ensure that individualized training and development programs are provided to the individuals receiving CRF services by the staff responsible for their care. The Executive Director's responsibilities include the assurance of compliance and quality management. The position reports directly to the President/CEO. Requirements: ·???????Master's Degree in Administration, Human Services or related field, and five years’ experience supporting individuals with disabilities, or ·???????Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Human Services or related field, and ten years’ experience in supporting individuals with disabilities. ·???????At least five years supervisory experience required. ·???????Requires experience with state and federal legal compliance, public speaking, and policy/presentation development with strong organizational skills to balance all functions of the position. ·???????Position requires advanced computer and excellent communication skills. ·???????This position requires routine travel and flexibility in scheduling, therefore, must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license, as well as have a clean driving record. ·???????Experience in writing, editing and proofing written materials. ·???????Strong organizational skills to organize own work and supervise others.
