?? What an incredible week for our team! ?? We just wrapped up an amazing 4-day retreat in sunny Fort Myers, Florida, and we couldn’t be more excited to share some highlights! Our retreat had three key goals: 1?? Celebrate our 2024 wins ?? 2?? Strengthen our team camaraderie ?? 3?? Strategic planning and goal setting for the year ahead ?? Here’s a quick recap: The first two days were focused on goal-setting and strategic planning with our Leadership Team working alongside Scaling Up Coach Warren Sager from Assured Strategy - Business Strategy Coaching Firm. Together, we fine-tuned our plans for scaling up and tackling 2025 with confidence and clarity. ?? The next two days were all about celebrating our team’s hard work in 2024! We spent time mapping out our initiatives, reflecting on industry trends, and sharing laughs with some fun activities (hello, paper plate awards ??). As a fully remote team, we were so grateful for the in-person time to connect, and we left feeling stronger as a team. A HUGE thank you to Margaritaville Resort for hosting us in style! We enjoyed a dolphin and wildlife cruise ??, delicious meals and well-earned beach relaxation. We had the perfect balance of hard work and downtime. We’re returning to the office energized, focused, and more grateful than ever for our partnerships with our clients. September was a month of impact for our team! From galas to golf tournaments, we assisted nine different nonprofits in the Greater Rochester area and beyond to raise crucial funds for their missions. Event season can be demanding, but our events crews, led by Kelly Menna, tackled each event with a steady and confident presence. Kelly shared, "There's nothing better than giving our clients peace of mind that my team and I will take care of day-of logistics, so they can focus on engaging their donors and enjoying the event they worked so hard to produce."

Our event crews were out in full force this weekend! Congratulations Friendly Senior Living on your 175th Anniversary Celebration, as well as The Child Advocacy Center of Greater Rochester's on your Cheers for Children event! We were honored to be a part of such fantastic events.

Meet Kelly Menna, the event operations mastermind behind our TEN client events this month. She and our events team have supported 5 events in the last 10 days! Her keen eye for detail, expertise and huge heart helped our nonprofit partners raise $875,000. We are proud to support the fundraising teams that made this possible! Kelly finds the most rewarding part of her job is seeing the events come to life and witnessing our generous community in action. Her dedication allows nonprofit partners to focus on raising money to support their missions, benefiting countless people in our community.
