As agricultural and animal health organizations deal with talent shortages, is it possible that we’ve simply overlooked the obvious? Opportunity youth are young people aged 16-24 who are disconnected from school and work. These young people are full of innovation and energy, something all organizations need. The opportunity before us is engaging with young people in ways that highlight on the job skill training and collaborative problem solving. #vetmed #animal #youth #talent
