Looks like the Sundance Film Festival has some competition when it comes playing host to Utah's premier Pro AV exhibitions thanks the work of Extron inside Utah Tech University's 163,000 square-foot Science, Engineering, and Technology facility. In the school's extensive effort to eliminate unreliability due to mismatched hardware by using a standards-based approach, 7 types of HDBaseT-equipped DTP models were chosen by installers Marshall Industries Inc. to help create 35 new learning spaces and revamp 175 more. Not surprisingly the building's state-of-art system is already a favorite among students, with one even commenting “this isn’t your parents’ Science and Engineering Building" on the school's Facebook page!
