Two weeks ago we had the opportunity to gather over 300 RMAS associates for our first department-wide conference since 2019 at the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel. We called it exceleRATE, with the goal of encouraging our associates to excelling in their careers, in their brands, and in their connections. From our outstanding speakers to engaging breakouts, being able to finally learn and have fun together as a team again was so valuable for our fully remote team. With special thanks to our guest speakers, breakout leaders, and genius bar hosts – they provided vital information and insight into the future of our company and how it will shape RMAS. But without our associates, none of this would have been possible. We are so proud of the hard work and resilience our team has displayed over the last 4 years, and we are forever grateful to call them part of our team. This week, our leaders had the privilege of attending the MOSAIC Conference at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas! Last week, RMAS team members in the DC area took part in a Serve360 activity with A Wider Circle, a local non-profit fighting poverty with on-the-ground resources.?Thank you to our local DC associates for giving of your time in support of the community! We helped with the Essential Support program. This program focuses on providing basic need items for the home to our neighbors seeking to rise out of poverty. The donations received include household furniture, linens, kitchen items, toys, and professional clothing and accessories. We helped to sort donations and stock the showrooms that clients select their items from. With the help of volunteers, A Wider Circle is able to furnish 20 homes free of charge each day for our neighbors in need. #marriottinternational #Serve360 #RMAS

Senior Leaders from Revenue Management Advisory Services attended Connect in Orlando last week.?Connect is Marriott’s Select Brands Owner & Franchisee Conference.?The meeting features Global Officers from Marriott providing updates on our company and industry.?The RMAS Leaders participated in Connect Live.?During this tradeshow event, Matt Dolan, Tracy Aasheim - Gerlach, Sue Griffin and Cindy Ruchman engaged with owner/operators.?They were able to thank those using RMAS and Plus Services.?The Team also talked to attendees currently not using RMAS Services.?From Partnership Services, Above Property Rooms Control and Extended Hours Support, there was tremendous interest on how RMAS could elevate their business! #marriottinternational #RMAS #Connect

Earlier this month the RMAS?Leadership?team was able to participate in a Serve360 activity benefitting the Greater DC Diaper Bank as part of our Leadership Meeting in Bethesda.?We purchased supplies and put together 50 Baby Hygiene Kits.?Leaders also donated over 100 board books to create 30 Board Book Kits for children in need. #marriottinternational #serve360 #RMAS
