Just returned from a productive trip to Oahu and Maui, where I had the pleasure of visiting our beautiful Marriott Hotels and spending time with our fantastic teams. Their dedication and passion truly make our properties stand out. One of the trip's highlights was our?Travel Partner Conference, where we celebrated and recognized our Intermediary Partners. It was inspiring to see the collaboration and commitment with our customers that drive our industry forward. Angela Vento and her team at the Wailea Marriott on Maui, did a wonderful job hosting the event, showcasing the rich Hawaiian culture and traditions that are part of our hotels. From the warm aloha spirit to the hula performances, the cultural experiences added a special touch and warmth to the event. I am so incredibly proud of our first cohort of LeadHERship graduates! ? This year, we piloted our first-ever Marriott International Sales & Revenue LeadHERship program, designed for women leaders with the aspirations and potential to move into the next level of their careers through personal development, networking, and tactical training. ? Throughout the program, our participants connected with fellow community members built their brands, and had interactive discussions about leadership. They built confidence — all with the help of our outstanding leaders, Erika Alexander, Terri Snowden, Meredith DeMalia, and our keynote speaker Nancy Medoff ??.
