As we step into November, we proudly conclude our #DrinkPink Pinktober campaign for this year. With a solid background in the industry, excelling at a luxury hotel chain and earning a high score in quality assurance audits for the F&B department in his first year, Moustafa set his sights on becoming a receptionist. Initially met with rejection, Moustafa refused to be discouraged. Instead, he spent a year in sales outside the industry, using this time to strengthen his skills and resolve. His unwavering determination led him back to The St. Regis Cairo in 2021, where he returned as an F&B expert in J&G Steakhouse. Embracing every opportunity for growth, Moustafa sought cross-exposure in the concierge department, broadening his knowledge and paving his path towards the Front Office. Determined to advance further, Rabea enrolled in the Faculty of Engineering while continuing to excel at work. His hard work and perseverance paid off when he was promoted to Assistant Maintenance Manager in 2022. A year later, he graduated from the Faculty of Engineering, a testament to his unwavering commitment to personal and professional development. Throughout his tenure, Rabea has been instrumental in major maintenance projects, including the renovation of rooms, entrances, the Spa, and the Kitchen.
