Fifty years ago today Gerald Ford was the President of the United States, gas cost $.57 a gallon, you could buy a new car for about $4,500 and a young man named Paul Grzybowski started working for Marrano Homes! Paul started with us as a laborer, and through the years worked his way up - from Marrano's framing and trim crews, to our Service Department, then running the Remodeling Division, becoming a Project Manager and ultimately Vice President of our Production Department. In this current role, he directs our Project Managers, handles scheduling, quality control, forecasting of company needs to hire more trades and oversees Marrano's Drafting Department. We can't thank Paul enough for his commitment to this organization and for all he has done here! And we can't congratulate him enough for his achievement of this remarkable milestone!

Congratulations to two members of the Marrano team who have been promoted: Stephanie Krieger, who has been a member of the Marrano team for nearly 20 years, has been promoted to Design Manager. In this role, she will manage all Designers, Design Assistants & Interns while continuing her current work as a designer. Hillary Lambert, a member of team Marrano for more than 12 years, has been promoted to Senior Designer & Trainer. While continuing her work as Marrano’s main customer designer, she will also be responsible for training and oversight of all new designers. Kudos to Stephanie and Hillary for these well-deserved promotions!

Congratulations to four members of the Marrano team who have been promoted to Vice President: Craig Forsey, who has been a member of our team for more than 17 years has been named Vice President of Marrano’s Drafting Department. Lynn Gannon, who joined Marrano in 2023, has been named Vice President of Customer Care. Annette Pellerin, a member of team Marrano for 6 years, has been named Vice President of Sales. Darleen Spiegel, who has been with Marrano since 2021, has been named Vice President of Cost Accounting. Kudos to Craig, Lynn, Annette and Darleen for these well-deserved promotions!
