We are thrilled to announce the closing of 84 South on Tuesday, November 12th! ? Located in our backyard of Greenfield, WI, 84 South is a dominant neighborhood center that consists of almost 200,000 square feet of retail GLA. This Fresh Thyme anchored asset is home to retailers such Kohl's, Total Wine & More, Ross, Marshalls, and Ulta. The shopping center includes neighboring parcels owned by third parties and operated as Steinhafels, Portillo's, Chipotle, and Cooper's Hawk (coming soon). ? Thanks to the dedicated efforts of our team led by CEO Peirick, Jay and COO Bob DelGhingaro, CPA, we were able to close on this Class A retail center ahead of year-end. We would also like to recognize the efforts of Dan Sisel, Robert Habich, Zach Freding, and Luke Hallinan for their significant contributions to this acquisition. ? As part of our United Way Campaign, we teamed up the Benson's Restaurant Group to volunteer at Hunger Task Force last week! Working together we were able to pack an incredible 480 boxes for the Senior Stockbox Program! ? Stockbox provides a box of supplementary food to low-income seniors every month. Hunger Task Force administers the program and distributes a free box of healthy food for seniors in need. All Stockboxes include cereal, milk, canned veggies and fruit, pasta or rice, protein, fruit juice, canned meats and two pounds of fresh Wisconsin cheese! We are excited to unveil the newly renovated Charter Senior Living of Vinings, GA! The renovation added a new multipurpose room to promote health and wellness, a movie theater with Dolby Atmos Experience, new full kitchenettes in all assisted living resident rooms, remodeled salon space that now includes spa activities, refreshed activity spaces on all floors to support arts and crafts, and refreshed gaming areas to promote community engagement, among many other improvements!
