?? Breaking Ground on Woodhill Station East ??? ? We are thrilled to announce the start of Woodhill Station East, the third phase in the transformation of Cleveland’s Buckeye-Woodhill neighborhood. As General Contractors, our Multi-Family Housing Group is proud to collaborate with developers and co-owners The Community Builders, Inc. and Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority, as well as architect City Architecture on this critical development. This phase will bring 64 mixed-income units to the community, offering modern, sustainable living spaces while advancing neighborhood revitalization. The four-story apartment building will also include an early childhood education center, along with a community room, fitness center, and patio space, providing residents with the amenities they need to thrive and connect. ? As part of the CMHA's larger plan to create approximately 640 mixed-income housing units on Cleveland’s east side, Woodhill Station East ensures every phase meets high-quality health and environmental standards.? ? ?? Project Announcement! ?? Our Design/Build Group is excited to be awarded the contract for the design and construction of the Breakthrough Schools' Woodland Hills Expansion! This nearly 10,000-square-foot project will add a state-of-the-art gymnasium and expanded office space, designed to seamlessly integrate with the existing structure using complementary materials. The gymnasium will create a vibrant space for classes, athletics, and community events, including bleacher seating for 200 spectators. The expanded administrative wing will house new offices, a multipurpose classroom, and upgraded student and staff amenities. The addition will have its own entrance for special events outside of regular school hours. Design is already underway, with project completion expected by September 2025. We’re proud to support Breakthrough Schools' mission and help create a space that serves students, staff, and the community. ?? ??? Woodhill Center East: Phase Two of the transformative Buckeye Woodhill Choice Neighborhood Transformation is complete! ?? This phase brings 77 new housing units to this Cleveland community, including a contemporary four-story apartment building and neighboring walk-up townhomes. Highlights Include: ? Large windows, Energy Star-rated appliances, in-unit laundry ? Modern flooring, plentiful cabinet space, video intercom system, walk-in closets and kitchen islands ? Fitness room, community space, and outdoor patios Our Multi-Family Housing Group led the overall construction efforts, and our Carpentry & Interior Finishes Group managed flooring, cabinets, trim, and drywall installation. ????Project Update: Masa & Agave Cantina Renovation Earlier this summer, our Special Projects Group was selected by Monarch Alternative Capital to bring their new restaurant, Masa & Agave Cantina, to life within The Westin Cleveland Downtown. This fast-track project, completed in just eight weeks, involved a full renovation of the interior bar and restaurant, beautifully integrating furniture hand-picked by the Owner. The transformation didn't stop there—exterior enhancements to the outdoor patio along St. Clair & East 6th Street were also part of the plan. This exciting 5,570-square-foot renovation not only elevates the hotel for its guests but also promises to be a downtown destination for locals alike! ?
