Northeast Lakeview College Veterans Center – Update ? Structure Tone Southwest (STSW) continues to make significant progress on the Veterans Project. Thanks to Mr. Fabian Leal and the STSW team, everyone is working collaboratively to coordinate and implement practical solutions to project challenges, enabling the completion of another phase ahead of schedule. ? The contractor has placed over 300 yards of concrete for Phase I of the slab and will pour Phase II of the slab on Thursday, November 21, 2024. ? Attached are pictures of the pre-pour on Wednesday November 13, 2024 and the concrete pour from Thursday, November 14, 2024. ? Thank you, STSW TEAM! ?Let’s keep this project moving forward !!!

Last Friday, we proudly attended the ribbon cutting for the Dove Springs Public Health Center, a design-build project with our partner SpawGlass that will serve as a vital hub for community health services. Austin Mayor Kirk Watson, Travis County Attorney Delia Garza, and Councilwoman Vanessa Fuentes were present and shared inspiring remarks on the center's impact on the community. ??
