Last week's visit to the Avon Park Apartments site was more than just a tour — it was about connection, collaboration, and shared understanding. Our Construction Team welcomed members of the Administrative Team for an inside look at the project, walking them through the “how” and “why” behind their work. The experience gave our admin team a deeper appreciation of the work happening in the field — and a better understanding they can take back and apply to their own roles. We’re thrilled to announce the commencement of the Cross Creek Gardens project at Quincy, Florida! 🏘 This collaborative effort with Neighborhood Renaissance Inc and ACRUVA Community Developers is focused on creating a positive impact in the community. Sometimes, being a true team player means going the extra mile, and that’s exactly what we’ve done to ensure smooth access to this site – even helping facilitate city road improvements to get things rolling. 🚜🛣 This project will bring 36 units of affordable housing to the area, providing much-needed homes for many families in the community. We’re proud to be a part of the 🦅Woodlawn Elementary School Expansion project, creating a space where students can thrive and grow. As we work to expand this incredible learning environment, we’re reminded of the importance of fostering balanced development in our children. WES incorporates the 7️⃣Habits of Highly Effective People to teach students lifelong habits for personal and professional growth and success. Inspired by Habit 7️⃣: Sharpen the Saw🪚, which encourages individuals to maintain balance—physically, mentally, and emotionally—we asked WES 5th Grade Leadership Ambassadors, Cason Romanik and Yale Hartt, to share how they incorporate this habit in their lives.
