The Mixed Nutts are back and ready for another great softball season here in the Bay Area! 🙌 Who are the Mixed Nutts? We're glad you asked! The Tug McGraw Foundation Mixed Nutts Softball Program is one of three wellness projects that was designed by the foundation for veteran residents and spouses at the Veterans Home of California, Yountville. As the foundation says, 'The Mixed Nutts program aims to help players to improve their physical, cognitive, social and spiritual components of their health'. We're proud supporters of the Tug McGraw Foundation and their goal to enhance the quality of life for as many of their veteran residents as possible! They do this by creating sustainable programs around exercise, healthy eating, and socialization that in turn create a community that supports each other in thier goals to achieve overall health and wellness.
