    This is a goldmine for CONTRACT RECRUITERS!!! For anyone that's seen my videos over the last few weeks, you'll know I've been looking to build in Contractor Mapping. And the wait is FINALLY over and I've never meant the word "Gamechanger" any more than I do now! Through Marketmapr, you can now take a list of candidates, filter them on those who are currently employed on a contract basis. This gives you 1) a list of candidates who you know are currently working in a contract 2) a list of companies who you know hire contractors in your space As someone who was exclusively a contract recruiter, I wish I had the ability to do this!     Filtering candidates by industry DOES NOT show you the candidates working within a particular industry. It shows you those who selected it as their own industry e.g. someone working in 'Tech' is unlikely to say their industry is 'Financial Services'. But you can't select company industry as a filter on a candidate level search So I thought i'd share a way we've tried to help recruiters overcome this issue, by filtering out candidates/companies of a particular industry

    "Open to Opportunities"... is it a Goldmine or Discarded Tool I'm just going to be blunt - Sometimes you subconsciously think that the candidates in the 'open to ops' section are those your clients won't be interested in. But think of it in a different way These candidates are a goldmine for upcoming Backfill opportunities. They are the ones waving their white flag about saying they're ready for a change. With Marketmapr, you can take those candidates and set a 'BACKFILL TRACKER' on them, sit back and let Marketmapr keep track of all those candidates. As soon as anyone leaves, you can make an approach to their previous company to see if they're looking to replace.

    Backfill Tracking VS Job Change Tracking One of the questions I've been getting asked is, "What is the difference between Marketmapr's Backfill Tracking VS other tools that provide job change tracking" Fairly simplistic, but we catch people as soon as they leave, not when they join a new business. Often candidates will take a bit of time off work before joining a new company to recharge, so only catching things when they join a new company is often too late to try backfill their previous opportunity. One use case - you could pull up a list of candidates in your market niche, set 'open to work' and then set backfill trackers on those candidates. You know they're likely to be leaving in the next few months, so there is a constant stream of leads to chase up on.

    Discussing the potential of Backfill Tracking in Marketmapr with clients recently, here are some pretty useful use cases. On Marketmapr, a backfill is where we remotely scan candidate profiles multiple times each month to look for a) A change of company b) Employment dates coming to an end The notifications you get will not only show you where these people have moved to, but how long since they left their previous role So here are just a few examples to create a constant stream of backfill leads a) Scan through candidates in your market and instantly set backfill trackers b) Upload a CSV of existing contacts and set backfill trackers c) Set backfill trackers on any candidates who apply to your jobs (as you know they will likely move in the next 3 months d) Pull a report off your CRM of candidates you have represented in the last 2/3 years and set backfill trackers too see where your warm relationships have moved to & where they have left I genuinely believe this is one of the most useful features of Marketmapr that could return an incredible ROI with actionable data being delivered throughout the month

    Today is the day I can finally announce the launch of Marketmapr! 12 months of hard work has gone into getting this product ready, and after a successful soft launch last month, I'm finally able to go public. Marketmapr's main goal is to save recruiters a massive amount of time! - No more manual profile-stripping candidates - No more manual searching for decision-makers - No more missing out on market moves or signals that could generate fees Marketmapr is unique in that it reverse engineers the mapping process, taking a bottom-up approach and automating a load of the work recruiters often have to do manually.
