    Let’s talk about data chaos. We all know poor data quality is a problem. But here’s the real challenge: cleaning up your CRM alone won't fix it. You have to convince leadership, sales, and marketing to make it a priority first.     Career update! I am moving into a new chapter, and am officially open to work! I am truly so excited for whatever new opportunities come my way. As I reflect on the past two and a half years at LoanPro, I am filled with gratitude for the people that I worked with every day. I was able to build so many things in the RevOps function that I am proud of, but what I’m most proud of are the relationships I was able to build. I learned something each day, and so many people were so generous with their time and talent to help me grow as a human and professional. Too many incredible people to name, which is a good problem to have - you know who you are. I am open to roles involving any and all things revenue/sales operations. My love for HubSpot is no secret, but I look forward to gaining certifications for other CRM platforms in my time off. I am passionate about building processes that reflect the needs of the people they impact, both internally and externally. I hope to flex my analytical muscles in my next role in order to drive actionable insights. But mostly, I’m looking for a role that can support me and my growth, allows me to have true impact, and one that has stellar people that I can work alongside.
