Walmart surpassed Q3 earnings and revenue expectations this morning, with good news across the board. ??A mixed bag for CVS Health Q3 earnings today. While missing profit targets, there was a silver lining, with strong sales performance in the Health Services, Pharmacy, and Consumer Wellness segments. ? Same-store prescription volume surged 9.1% YOY, although partially offset by continued pharmacy reimbursement pressure and lower front-store volume. Plus, CVS is making additional changes to its leadership, announcing Steve Nelson, former CEO of United Healthcare, as new Aetna head.
