Renter Survey Didn’t Catch This Renter's Biggest Concern! ???? Another interesting interview has highlighted how traditional renter surveys designed for aggregated reporting can never replace listening to renters. ?? ”I’m really concerned about an exterior door on the ground floor that just won't stay closed. It’s been a problem for over a year! Anyone can come into the building, and rodents have been getting in. I moved here for the community and safety. But I don’t feel safe anymore, and I’m wondering if I should be looking for someplace else. I do fill out those surveys they send us, but there is no way to explain in the survey that it’s simply this door that is making me feel unsafe.
