Earlier this week, Sue Davies, our EVP and Chief Human Resources Officer, had the privilege of delivering the keynote speech at the 2025 International Women’s Day Celebration at the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business. Sue shared her personal career journey, which included work across four industries and on four continents, and underscored the importance of networking, sponsorship, and community.
