Congratulations to our Underwriting Training Program (UTP) Class of 2024 on their graduation! The trainees were in our Red Bank, NJ office last week, where they finished the program by presenting to their peers on each of their product lines, learning more about AI as well as other emerging technologies in insurance and participating in a leadership Q&A session featuring Jeremy Noble, Robin Russo, Dan Kennedy and Alison Burgess. Then the group wrapped up the week with a graduation ceremony and celebratory dinner. We wish these UTP participants all the best as they grow in their underwriting careers! What a great way to celebrate National Hispanic Heritage Month!

Members of our Management Liability Claims team presented at the fall session of the 18th Annual Employment Practices Liability (EPL) Insurance ExecuSummit in Connecticut last week. Jessica Shirinian participated on a panel about “EPL Claims Trends” and Samantha Osgood, Esq. participated on a panel called “Politics, Persuasion and the Winds of Change: What to Expect Post Election”. It was great to make connections at the event and learn from others in the industry!
