We’re excited to announce that we’ve been selected to provide professional and technical planning services to complete the PID phase for the Lathrop Road and I-5 Interchange in the City Of Lathrop! The Lathrop Road and I-5 interchange is located between a developed area to the east of the interchange and a growing area to the west. In 1997, the City of Lathrop annexed the area to the west of the I-5 and developed a specific plan that is currently the Central Lathrop Specific Plan (CLSP). The CLSP vision is to develop the open land into a mix of residential, retail, and office spaces. The existing interchange has reached its capacity limits, necessitating improvements to reduce traffic congestion, enhance safety, and establish a gateway along I-5 in order to support ongoing regional development and growth. #Interchanges #WeAreMarkThomas
