A huge shout out and thank you to all our collaborators as we celebrate the one-year anniversary of #SalesforceTowerSydney! To read more about the project, visit our website: https://lnkd.in/g5SYM2Ww
?? Celebrating the one-year anniversary of the workplace design for Salesforce Tower Sydney As the Architect of Record, we delivered this transformative working environment with several standout design features in an Australian workplace including: > a double-height auditorium with 150-seat capacity > three hospitality floors with a commercial kitchen and 22-seat chef’s table > two barista bars > the tallest sky terrace in the city > three striking LED media walls in the building lobby. We worked in collaboration with Salesforce and their US-based global design leads - Mark Cavagnero Associates; IA Interior Architects, The Wiseman Group, and builder SHAPE Australia. The project was executed over four years and constructed in a single 40-week phase from September 2022 to July 2023. The project is on track to receive LEED Platinum certification, making it the first Australian workplace over 10,000 sqft to receive LEED Platinum status. Liam Higginbotham Principal, Workplace and Commercial says, “Thank you to our clients James Frawley and Craig Wiseman for this incredible opportunity to deliver a workplace environment that promotes innovation and meaningful connections for all Salesforce employees, customers, partners, Trailblazers, and?the wider community.” We also recognise landmark projects like this are only possible with our project collaborators and thank you for your contributions to the project's success. >> Read more about the project |?https://lnkd.in/gv98F-SV #workplacedesign #interiordesign #commercialinteriordesign #collaboration #innovativeworkspaces
