Governor Gavin Newsom has signed AB 2434 into law, officially establishing the California Crime Victims Fund. Though this does not provide immediate funding, it will address federal cuts and ensure long-term stability for services supporting victims of violence throughout the State of California. While the work is far from over, this marks a breakthrough for victims of violence and those, like the Marjaree Mason Center, who serve them ?? Clovis S.A.F.E. Group is now available ?? Join our S.A.F.E. Group (Survivors of Abuse: Free and Empowered), a FREE 12-week course designed to support survivors of domestic violence.
