EXIOBASE 3.9.4 includes a major update of all data to 2020, and the upcoming 3.10 will have updates to 2022, and nowcasts to 2024. 2. Supply & Use Tables: Updated data based on the official SUT tables and improved SUT balancing for better accuracy. 3. Emissions: Major update to the integration of combustion emissions which results in more reliable emissions factors, as well as an update to the process emission dataset. We now produce derived Scope 1,2,3 emissions factors consistent with the GHG protocol in a readily useable format. 4. It seems we have a couple of big updates that we are thrilling to share with the MARIO community! ?? 1. We have a great opportunity for anyone interested in a PhD scholarship in collaboration with eNextGen and SESAM Polimi in Politecnico di Milano! ?? The PhD pathway will be synergic with the activities of a new Horizon Europe project starting in January 2025, and will focus on analysing trade policies and developing energy transition technologies' supply chain models integrated in macroeconomic frameworks. Making Waves in Hydrogen Innovation: India's Leading Role Thrilled to announce that I've been awarded the First Prize in the poster competition on hydrogen and fuel cells, an outreach event of the IPHE (International Partnership for Hydrogen and Fuel Cells in the Economy) #IPHE, hosted by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) at IIT Delhi. Equally humbling was to receive the award from Shri Ajay Yadav, Joint Secretary (Hydrogen), Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) My presentation was on comprehensive lifecycle and scenario analysis of diverse hydrogen production pathways tailored specifically for India's dynamic energy landscape. But the story doesn't stop here! Six months ago, I embarked on an exhilarating journey to ICTP Trieste, in Italy for a Joint summer school on Modeling tools and sustainable development organized by Climate Compatible Growth #CCG#CCG in the MARIO -Multifunctional Analysis of Regions through Input-Output track. There, I presented my project on India's hydrogen production pathways and lifecycle emissions and was honoured to have been awarded the Best Presentation for the same. ???? None of this would have been possible without the incredible support and guidance from my MARIO instructors, Nicolò Golinucci and Lorenzo Rinaldi. Without their support this milestone was impossible. I extend a heartfelt gratitude to my Thesis Dissertation advisor Asad H. Sahir, PhD and Doctoral Committee advisor Dhiraj Kumar Mahajan for their continuous support and belief in my capabilities. Their mentorship has played a pivotal role in shaping my academic and professional trajectory. As India rises to the forefront of hydrogen innovation, I am immensely grateful for the opportunities to contribute to public policy discussions and initiatives.
