Vanquish Worldwide, LLC (International Commercial Court, Case No. 19920/AGF/RD) Lead trial counsel for trucking company, United Sadat, in breach of contract action against prime contractor on a U.S. Government trucking contract in Afghanistan. Obtained a $6 Million award in International Commercial Court (ICC) after one-week hearing and briefing. Koshani v. Barton et.al. (2019-U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Tennessee-CA-3:17-cv-265) Lead trial counsel for plaintiff, partner to profit-sharing agreement on U.S. Government contract.
