Maricopa County, Coulson Aviation, and the Pima Air & Space Museum joined forces to retire a piece of history—the Philippine Mars, a WWII-era seaplane. ?? After flying in from British Columbia, the massive aircraft made its final water landing at Lake Pleasant, chosen for its 10,000 surface acres, ten-lane boat ramp, and proximity to its new home at the Pima Air & Space Museum.
