I’ve taken a new step in my journey: I’ve hired an executive coach for myself. As many of you know, I am an Executive Coach for senior leaders. Two things my clients know about me are: 1) I practice what I preach. I believe in the value of continuous learning and self-improvement. I constantly sharpen my skills, update my knowledge, and courageously experiment with new ideas. 2) I’ve walked in your shoes. With over 15 years of experience in leadership roles, including C-Level positions, I deeply understand the challenges and responsibilities that come with them. Now, I find myself in my clients’ shoes once again, as the President of the Board of Directors. Even with the immense support from my board members, I recognize the need for a safe space where I can express my vulnerabilities, open my heart and mind to new perspectives, discuss ideas and challenges, and leave my coaching sessions feeling empowered to lead with strength and clarity.
