Today on #JimmyBuffettDay, we partnered with Keep Tahoe Blue (League to Save Lake Tahoe) to honor Jimmy’s legacy with a “Day of Service.” With the goal of spreading positivity and caring for our local community, our team covered 25 acres on foot in South Lake Tahoe, picking up over 90 pounds (85 gallons!) of trash and litter. Without proactive cleanups, trash and litter makes their way into #LakeTahoe, causing harm to the beautiful blue lake as we know it. The lake is so special to us, and it’s important to us to preserve this slice of paradise for those who come after us… making the world a better place, just like Jimmy. ??

This Labor Day Weekend, Margaritaville is introducing a “Day of Service” to celebrate Jimmy, his legacy, and the way he lived his life in the support of others and community - leaving the world a better place.
