At MAREN Construction, we believe great leadership starts with self-awareness, so we kicked off our year-long leadership initiative with an Enneagram workshop led by Root Consulting. The goal? Better communication. Stronger teams. And becoming even better at what we do. And it all starts at the top. As some of you may know, our leadership team is made up of three distinct personalities, each bringing something critical to the table: - Andy Weber – The Achiever (Type 3) | Driven. Goal-oriented. Sets the bar high and pushes us forward. - Elliot Hunt – The Enthusiast (Type 7) | Visionary. Energizing. Brings big ideas and keeps us thinking ahead. - Hank Maxwell – The Helper (Type 2) | Supportive. People-focused. Strengthens the team by always looking out for others. Individually, they lead in their own way. Together, they challenge, balance, and support—just like the teams we’re building across our company. By understanding how we work—not just as individuals, but as a unit—we’re creating a more connected, high-performing team.
