The report, published February 21, 2025, outlines over 50 legislative, regulatory, and policy recommendations aimed at expanding Massachusetts' housing supply. Among the key proposals—zoning reforms and streamlined regulations—are critical steps toward achieving the state’s goal of 222,000 new homes by 2035.
