MHS Architecture got a behind the scenes look at Boraie Development 930 McCarter being fabricated. The ES-Technoglass team is crushing it, using 70% recycled materials, state of the art automation, engineering and organized labor. Seamlessly Integrated, Enhancing Connectivity One Lackawanna Place, a dynamic mixed-use, transit-oriented development near Morristown’s train station, was recently approved by Morristown’s Planning Board. Unanimous Approval for 26 North Street in Bayonne! The Bayonne Planning Board has unanimously approved 26 North Street, a 14-story residential development designed by MHS Architecture in collaboration with The L Group and Cali Futures, LLC. This 156-foot-tall project will bring 500 rental units, ground-floor retail, and extensive indoor-outdoor amenities to the city. Featuring a modern fa?ade of light gray aluminum and brown brick, the design showcases three interconnected volumes above a dynamic podium, complete with balconies and a landscaped terrace. Located along Route 440, this landmark project will redefine Bayonne’s skyline.
