VALUE DAYS ROUND TWO – QUALITY Last week we launched the second round of our HR initiative Value Days, focusing on our core value of quality. We started on a sweet note, as our employees were able to network over delicious cinnamon buns and capture memories in a photo booth. On the second day, we had the pleasure of hosting Esther Sedlaczek for a value talk led by our CPO Susanne Schwenger. The powerful duo talked about what quality really means, perfectionism and making mistakes, female power and overcoming challenges in male-dominated industries. Very inspiring! We concluded our Quality Days with workshops that focused on the question: "How can we maintain our high quality standards in the midst of complex and demanding situations?" These exchanges are important and help us to put these issues into practice. Many thanks to our HR team for organising another successful series of Value Days.
