At Marc & Rose, our team’s passion extends beyond creating spaces of genuine hospitality—it’s about making a meaningful impact, both near and far. We’re honored to highlight Julie Gillihan, our National Sales Manager, for her recent mission trip to Uganda with Love One International. Love One exists to transform the lives of children and families in Uganda through life-saving medical care, family preservation, and community education. Their work begins with meeting critical medical needs for malnourished children, followed by rehabilitation at the Love One Center, and ultimately resettling healthy children back home with their families. During her time in Uganda, Julie cared for babies at the Love One Center, visited local hospitals, supported community outreach, and helped resettle children into loving homes, embodying the spirit of compassion and service. Julie’s story was recently featured in ALHI’s blog, showcasing the incredible work their members do to foster a spirit of giving and collective action. Her experience serves as a reminder of the power of empathy and the positive impact we can have when we come together to help others. ? Morgan Kunse's creativity and leadership have been an integral part of Marc & Rose since 2017, and we’re proud to share her next chapter as Director of Marketing & Programming. In her new role, Morgan will work closely with Ownership to craft programming that transforms guest experiences across our hotels and restaurants. From live music and curated dining events to large-scale festivals and artist screenings, Morgan’s vision will continue to bring our spaces to life. She’ll also guide our Marketing team in developing strategies to drive success across resorts, spas, golf courses, and dining outlets. Morgan’s passion for genuine hospitality and her ability to inspire those around her are at the heart of what makes Marc & Rose a collective of iconic experiences. Alexi Davis’s journey with Marc & Rose is evolving in a meaningful way as she steps into her new role as Strategic Account Manager. Over the past four years, Alexi has made her mark at Arizona Grand, serving guests with warmth and enthusiasm at Oasis Water Park and on the Arizona Grand Golf Course. With her degree in Finance and Real Estate from ASU and firsthand knowledge of the Phoenix/Scottsdale market, Alexi brings valuable insight and a genuine enthusiasm to her new role. As Strategic Account Manager, she’ll focus on cultivating strong relationships and driving local business across the Marc & Rose portfolio, splitting her time between Arizona Grand Resort & Spa and The Scott Resort & Spa.
