关于我们

At Marbridge, we have a unique and singular focus: acquiring portfolios of distressed assets (particularly non-performing loans or NPLs) in China and matching them with investors who seek uncommon and promising early-stage opportunities. Inside the new China, our role is part innovator, part investigator. Our goal is to achieve the perfect balance between risk and opportunity; due diligence and creativity; process and flexibility. Our success flows from our belief that a winning investment strategy requires that all parties benefit. That's why both sellers and buyers of distressed assets rely on us to build transactions that are sound and reliable, innovating and rewarding. We believe charting challenging terrain requires a culture of integrated perspectives, a tradition of shared thinking. Through strategic alliances and accords, we unearth tangible, real-world competitive advantages and cultivate valuable investment opportunities. In the end, sellers and able to convert distressed assets to cash, and investors are able to purchase assets that are likely to deliver attractive returns as the local economies grow and resolution efforts advance.
