Earlier this Week Marble Cliff Capital President John "Jack" Kukura III and Principal Brian Graney attended a Groundbreaking for Garden Place Apartments in Irvine Kentucky. Graden Place is the new construction of a senior 202 project, creating 30 units of needed subsidized senior housing in Irvine Kentucky. Marble Cliff Capital was happy to celebrate this groundbreaking with David Estepp of Kentucky River Foothills Development Council, Inc. and Andrew Hawes and Stephen Gallahue of The Housing Partnership, Inc., Regena Jones of Senator Rand Paul's office, Charles President Jr. of the Kentucky Field office of U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and Diane Beidleman of Kentucky Housing Corporation.
