This extensive program included training sessions, hands-on work experiences, professional mentoring relationships, behavioral assessments, an executive presence workshop, facilitated by Charlotte Stallings, self-study activities, and so much more.??One of the most challenging yet rewarding aspects was the business case scenarios, which required program participants to be bold and innovative and identify incremental steps to create greater efficiencies in our business. The program concluded with each team presenting their business cases to a group of senior leaders. I always feel a bit sad when the program comes to an end. While I may not have been a formal part of the program, the relationships I've formed with colleagues and the opportunity to enhance my technical and business acumen have been invaluable.
