Our Charlotte office partnered with The Waterfront Group to support those affected by Hurricane Helene. We've gathered essential items from the community, and the Waterfront Group will be using their private helicopters to deliver our collections to Asheville and the surrounding areas. We're proud to contribute to the relief efforts.

On Saturday, we proudly participated in Tango Charities’ Feed the City event, where we helped set a new record by packing 41,250 snack bags for local children. Each bag contained not only nutritious food but also inspiring, hand-written messages to brighten their day. At Marand Builders, our purpose is to build a better community. So far in 2024, our team has contributed to 11 organizations, from partnering with She Built This City to construct benches to assisting Feeding South Florida? with meal packaging efforts. We are committed to achieving our goal of completing 18 volunteer events by year-end, continuing to strengthen our impact within the communities we serve.

Just completed in McLean, Virginia! We finished this 13,905 sqft corporate workplace project. Inside the 12th floor you can find the open workspace, offices, huddle rooms, conference room, wellness area, and employee lounge. Thank you to this repeat client who trusted us in providing solutions for noise restrictions and phasing for many sensitive areas.
