Operations Symposium
The Operations Symposium was an engaging event focused on boosting operational skills, leadership development, and strengthening team connections. Attendees dived into workshops and discussions led by experts, gaining fresh insights to improve processes and brainstorm innovative approaches. It was a hands-on experience reflecting our commitment to growth and collaboration.
Marand Scholarship Fund
The Marand Scholarship Fund is intended for under resourced Latin American and African American students who are pursuing a STEM major and career in a technical field. The extension of the financial resources provided to these students, afford them the opportunity to attend prestigious schools and construction trades development programs. The Fund is proudly managed by LAWA (Latin Americans Working for Achievement) and CYC (Carolina Youth Coalition.)
EOY Meeting
Our end-of-year meeting was a celebration of our yearly achievements and best practices that drove success in our projects. It was a collaborative session, highlighting our goals and emphasizing development strategies to further enhance our mission of providing our clients and partners with the best construction experience. After the end of year meeting, Marand family members enjoyed a party to close the year.
