We are thrilled to recognize Joe Lenczewski, who has been a dedicated member of our team since September 2021, for winning the January 2025 MLF Golden Duck Award for the Live Production group! Joe was recognized because when moral of co-workers are low, Joe seems to finds ways to help make everyone smile. Joe experienced some setbacks last year. As time progressed, Joe has made great improvement and has retained his new performance. Joe also has been pushing himself to complete his Labor Grade training. Joe has been inspiring people to not only challenge themselves but also encourage others to finish their Labor Grade training as well. Joe always helps others out when they are needing a helping hand. When asked what he enjoys most about working at Maple Leaf Farms, Joe shared, “The management team is very helpful and informative.
