This 44-unit community will provide stable housing for previously unhoused families, along with essential supportive services to help them thrive. With features like a community room, computer lab, rooftop terrace, and LEED certification, La Guadalupe is designed to foster growth and stability for residents. And with a commercial ground floor, developed in partnership with Azure Development, it is designed to invigorate the community as a whole. On November 19th, Rick Schroeder, President of Many Mansions, participated in Pepperdine University’s Annual Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week. Rick appeared on a panel discussing the intersectionality of hunger and homelessness. The week featured other lectures, workshops, and activities focusing on hunger and homelessness in our community. It also included a food drive for Manna Conejo Valley Food Bank and a Thanksgiving meal for the unhoused. #PepperdineUniversity #HungerandHomelessness #MannaConejoValley

Rick Schroeder, President and CEO of Many Mansions, has been appointed to the Executive Committee of the California Lawyer Association Real Property Law Section.?The California Lawyer Association (‘CLA’) is a bar association for California attorneys and is divided into several practice sections.?The Real Property Law Section focuses upon all aspects of real property and real estate law, including real property sales, financing,?leasing, construction, land use, property management,?and other areas.
