MAGNET: The Manufacturing Advocacy and Growth Network

The First Annual MAGNET Science Fair was held this week with 25 seventh and eighth-grade students from Cleveland Metropolitan School District's Mary B. Martin school participating. 18 volunteers from MAGNET and our partners served as judges for the event, and they selected three students to move on to the Northeast Ohio Science & Engineering Fair on March 11. The topic that took top honors was titled “Brush ‘Em Good” and included eggs soaked in sugary drinks to see which one stained teeth the most! We hope to see even more CMSD and Inner Ring Suburban students in 2025 participating in the Northeast Ohio Science and Engineering Fair.
