MASC Manufacturing Training is a registered post-secondary training facility that focuses on the manufacturing trades. CNC, Plastic Injection Molding and Fundamentals of Manufacturing Technology programs are offered. Classes are accelerated getting students from Classroom to Career in as little as 10 weeks. All programs are state approved and eligible for state and federally funded grants, including WIOA, ACI and CareerConneCT. Apprenticeship training is administered for the 576 hours of related training for apprenticeship track for Tool & Die and related metal trades. Instructor led BPR and ToolingU coursework can be completed in 12 months with state approved certification. Classes led by certified Tool & Die instructor. MASC also offers custom Incumbent Worker Training classes in Manufacturing Math, BPR, GD&T, and Precision Measuring. Classes can be offered at the school located at 173 Interstate Lane, Waterbury or at your manufacturing facility. IWT funding also available. We welcome all learning levels, must be 18 and have basic math and reading comprehension.

Team building: the conscious process of improving the quality of relationships with a specific group, aiming to increase productivity, engagement and overall efficiency in the workplace. MASC staff participated in a team building outing which included a staff lunch and mini golf (not to mention awards). Our team at the school continues to impress me with the depth of caring they show not only to students but each other. #team
