Digital mental healthcare clinic, designed for young adults.
关于我们
Mantra Health is a digital mental health clinic on a mission to improve young peoples' mental healthcare access through clinical services, software, and design. Since our founding in 2018, we've built a comprehensive treatment service for young adults with various mental health conditions. We've raised over $27 million to work with students at universities and colleges across the country such as MIT, Cornell, and the University of Minnesota. Our students see clinically significant differences in their mental health during treatment with us. We're particularly proud that nearly two-thirds of students with access to Mantra report that Mantra's program helped them stay in school.

Academic advisors play a crucial role in supporting student well-being, but navigating mental health conversations can be challenging. In our latest webinar, co-hosted with EAB, we explored practical strategies for creating safe, supportive spaces for students while maintaining professional boundaries. ?? Missed it? Watch the full webinar here: https://bit.ly/3FsBBjY ?? Key takeaways from our guest speaker, Sean Dowd, Dean of Students at the New Jersey Institute of Technology: ? Normalize Mental Health Discussions – Seeking support is a strength, not a weakness. Creating an open, stigma-free environment makes all the difference. ? Meet Students Where They Are – Whether through casual check-ins, office visits, or virtual chats, making support accessible helps students open up. ? Know Your Campus Resources – From counseling services to peer-led programs, being informed about available resources enables advisors to provide effective guidance. ? Support Diverse Student Needs – Cultural backgrounds, international student experiences, and varying levels of stigma around mental health require personalized approaches. ? Prioritize Self-Care – Supporting students can be emotionally demanding. Setting professional boundaries and prioritizing well-being helps advisors sustain their impact. Thank you to everyone who joined the conversation and contributed valuable insights! #HigherEd #MentalHealth #AcademicAdvising #StudentSuccess
