Two Xylem factory trips in October. Flygt A-C in the Midwest for 150 year anniversary at factory in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. Goulds Water Technology in West Texas at factory in Lubbock, Texas. Well over a dozen new goulds blue pumps arriving at the shop to deliver to customers. We added some new blue shelving to the shop to make room for more inventory!

Last week we celebrated our first year of business. The first year ended strong. Congratulations to Megan Mansfield, employee of the year. Retrofit to extend the life of your pumps at a lift station. Pictured below before and after photos of a Cornell Pump Company, LLC model 8NNT. Retrofit included swapping a 10x6 reducer for a 10x8 reducer on the discharge, adding pipe supports, piping modifications, cutting and welding existing baseplate, and alignment and start up made easy with Cornell Pulse bluetooth vibration and bearing temp device. Three new pumps delivered in 3.5 weeks from ordering through Mansfield Pump Company

Challenging retrofit being completed this week with no access for trucks. Took some creativity including a 1,000 lb. wagon to wheel in the pumps, new check valves, and portable hoist. Special adapters to fit “different pump brand” existing guide rails and hardware. Existing pumps pulled and new EBARA Pumps Americas Corporation vortex impeller pumps are in the hole. This project includes new pumps, check valves, floats, level transducer, and pressure gauges. Approval for this project was less than two weeks ago and all stocked items used to save customer rent on backup diesel pump they had to wheel out there.
