Mannington Mills is proud to be part of Women in the Floorcovering Industry and support its mission. #Flooring?#Mentors?#Scholarships?#WIFI?
We are excited to announce that the WIFI Scholarship Program has awarded nearly $50,000 in scholarships to 17 recipients since the start of the program in 2024. WIFI’s scholarship program supports women pursuing post-secondary education, continuing education programs, and industry-accredited certifications, and is open to women currently working in or interested in a career within the floor covering industry. Our latest round of recipients, awarded in December 2024, included: Jennifer Roundtree from Universal Fibers, Inc. is pursuing the LEED Green Associate Certification through the U.S. Green Building Council. Landon Lambert from Mohawk Industries will pursue specialized marketing certifications through Harvard Business School Online. Emily Perkins from Carpetland of New England participated in the LVP Technical Certification Program offered by CFI - Certified Flooring Installers at The International Surface Event (tise) 2025 and is pursuing other certifications on estimating, measuring, and substrate preparation. Madison Adams Elliott from Palziv North America is pursuing an associates degree in Accounting from Vance-Granville Community College.
